Hap brings partners and innovation together to create more affordable housing opportunities for those less fortunate on Southern Vancouver Island.
SCPI evaluates suitable projects and recommends funding made available by federal grants. The focus of the SCPI steering group is safe affordable housing and enhanced supportive services.
