Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will take place through Zoom on Monday, April 13, to commence at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. AGM Business includes: Elections to the 2022 Board of Directors; Chairman’s Annual Report; Treasurer’s Financial Report; and the Year-End Report. The annual financial statements are available at the registered office of the Built Green Canada Corporation, and members may, upon request, obtain a copy free of charge at the registered office or by pre-paid mail.
Those attending the Annual General Meeting shall be required to complete the “Named Representative” form; please contact us, if you require one. To further clarify: where the Member is approved and is not an individual person (being a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity), such Member shall designate in writing, in such form, as the Corporation shall determine from time to time, an individual as its representative for all purposes. The Named Representative shall have the sole right to vote on behalf of the Member, and the sole right to participate in the affairs of the Corporation on behalf of the Member.
