Jasmine Construction has been building quality affordable residences, commercial spaces and public works since 1985.
A graduate from B.C.'s first professional builders class in 1989, Harminder Dhanowa, has been a long time advocate for the building of energy-efficient, well-ventilated homes in B.C. An early adopter of innovations such as insulated concrete forms and building efficiency standards such as Energuide (Step 3), R-2000 (Step 4), and newer initiatives such as BUILT GREEN and the B.C. Energy Step Code.
Although it has been some time since Harminder sought accolades for his work, during the early 1990s, he earned 7 Care Awards and a B.C. Hydro Power Smart Award for Outstanding Achievement in Energy Conservation.
Harminder oversees all aspects of the construction process from foundation to occupancy.
