Riviera in Riversong is 'like finding a vacation in your own town'

Riviera in Riversong is a natural fit for the Ferguson family. Its serene setting by the Bow River, numerous amenities for enjoying the outdoors and the chance to live in both a home and community equipped for energy efficiency were all attractions for the family of four.

Riversong, master-planned by Tamani Communities, was named Community of the Year-Calgary Region at this the recent Canadian Home Builders’ Association-Urban Development Institute Calgary Region Association SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards. It’s accessed off Cowboy Trail and will have between 1,500 and 1,700 homes at build-out.

Riversong is now offering single-family homes by Trico Homes and Jayman Built and townhomes by Jayman Modus in Riveira, which is its enclave by the river. Douglas Homes is selling single-family homes elsewhere in the community, as well.
