Green Modular Home Developments Inc., also known as Greenhome Developments, is a custom home design/build company, located in southern Ontario. Our mission is to provide sustainable, environmentally friendly, well designed, well built homes, in an affordable price range.

Our goal is to inspire change in the residential home building industry. We offer alternatives to conventional housing, in an affordable price range, to anyone interested in living more sustainably. By valuing the importance of wellness, Greenhome Developments is dedicated to design and build quality homes that take into consideration the site, energy and envelope, indoor air quality, ventilation, water management, materials and resources, with the intention of offering eco-friendly housing choices to Ontario communities.
