NEWLY UPDATED - BUILT GREEN® Program Fundamentals
Attention Builders & Supporting Industry!
We've done a complete rehaul of our Program Fundamentals online training!
Even for long-time members, this is a great refresher: on what Built Green is about and how you can leverage the benefits. A requirement for new builders, this course focuses on the fundamental aspects of our third-party certification programs to orient participants on how to work with Built Green; introduce the administrative and technical requirements; prepare you to successfully navigate our quality assurance processes; and offer resources to help you be successful at building and marketing BUILT GREEN® homes. It takes approximately three hours to complete.
As a natural progression, we recommend building science training, also available through us, as well as other related training courses including Net Zero Energy+ and soon to launch Built Green Whole-House Energy Retrofit—all available for CPD points / Master Building Training Credits.
This Course is Eligible for:
- 3 CPD points – BC Housing
- Master Building Training Credits – PHBI
Membership Requirement - Reminder:
Updated training is required every two years—plus, checklist points (Business Practices) can be earned for extra staff and trades undergoing training! A 15% discount is offered to companies that send more than five staff to our training.
$150 (plus tax) for members / $250 (plus tax) for non-members
